Position Summary:
Lead a tri-branded team and initiatives to support sales efforts outside of NA and global sales functions by: establishing a training team to support training efforts for both our sales managers and the trade, working with brand Marketing teams to ensure appropriate sales communication, tools and messaging in order to drive revenue in the respective markets, and overseeing global sales strategies with the input of Market leaders to drive results in market. Direct responsibility of Training position/s, Sr. AE Sales Communication, Sr. AE Global Sales.
Career Snapshot:
- Work across markets and departmentally to refine sales policies/processes moving forward to leverage the breadth of our deployment, offices and marketing across the globe, i.e. cross boarder policies, price protection policies, SAS process, etc.
- Uncover and outline other Sales activities to leverage globally for best practices and cost efficiencies that propel markets to achieve their respective revenue goals.
- Work with market leaders to consolidate their market strategies into a global distribution strategy.
- In conjunction with global market leaders, define and communicate the strategy for potential global account agreements taking ownership for the final execution and reporting of these agreements.
- Create synergies & efficiencies between Sales & Marketing globally working with the Global Brand business partners.
- Responsible for developing the tools and materials for communicating the global sales initiatives in order to reach their revenue targets which may include leveraged assets from North America or the creation of assets in partnership with the Global Brand Business Partners and individual markets.
- Partner with Marketing and Global Markets to leverage cost savings and creative intelligence by developing the Sr. AE Sales Communication position and responsibilities
- Work with Marketing teams and Markets to develop Trade Loyalty campaigns that resonates globally
- Define strategies for best practices and cost efficiencies regarding training resources globally, i.e. leverage Training Presentation Library.
- Develop on board process and ongoing training needs for Sales Managers that can be utilized globally.
- Manage project budgets and team cost and calendar for all Travel and Entertainment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum ten years experience in sales and marketing.
- Experience in managing and developing a team of employees
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, presentation and listening skills, including the ability to adjust style to effectively interact with external customers as well as internal staff and executive management.
- Initiative combined with creative and innovative entrepreneurial skills that allow the individual to identify and act on opportunities that will build the business.
- Strong inter-functional leadership skills and ability to drive change.
- Ability to coach and develop a team of professionals. Includes providing the appropriate level of direction, enabling others to succeed, and providing open and timely informal and formal feedback.
- High level of understanding of leading edge industry initiatives and ability to lead a team in the implementation of those initiatives with customers.
- Sound financial management skills.
- Ability to achieve results within budget and target deadlines.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills including the ability to anticipate trends, situations or changing market conditions and take appropriate action on a timely basis.
- Ability to grasp/learn complex concepts quickly and independently.
- Ability to develop and implement strategy for unique business opportunities. A combination of the completion of a significant amount of experience in a travel-related selling is desirable.
