Possible advancement in the future of a tutorial position as well. This position is commission based at the moment, subject to change as the role is progressed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in Shipboard Position preferably within the Purser Department
• Outgoing and pleasant personality
• Excellent communication skills
• Good administrative skills
• Understanding of highest level of service
• Ability to handle targets & deadlines & to perform well under pressure
• Creative and resourceful approach to problem-solving
• Must have background & relevant degree in Human Resources / Sales or the equivalent

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To recruit on behalf of Tui Pier 28 (NZ) Ltd in country of origin
• Familiar with the requirements Shipboad, preferably in a Managerial Position
  
• Effective administration Skills & the ability to understand legal requirements in the country of Origin
• Ability to understand Shipboard Contracts & Medical & STCW requirements
• Following up on the placed Candidates & ensuring they are satisfied with the Service & placement
• New Business Development with Cruise Lines, Ship & Yacht Owners
