Restaurant Manager (m/f)

Your chartered goal:

• Driven by a proactive approach and excellent organizational skills, you will be responsible for managing the all service operations in one of our restaurants
• This includes managing and coordinating the processes in the restaurant
• You will respond promptly and confidently to any necessary changes to the on-board program
• As part of your managerial responsibility, you will head and train an international team of up to 30 employees
• Your work will always be guided by the highest quality standards to ensure our guests’ satisfaction

Your previous ports of call:

• You have undergone training in hotel management and ideally acquired a certificate in hotel management or hotel operations
• You have demonstrable professional experience in the premium hotel and catering segment
• You have demonstrable management experience sound knowledge in the food and beverage industry; ideally you will have already gained some experience on board a ship
• Knowledge of the Micros POS system and the Crunchtime inventory management system is advantageous
• Your German is good and you have excellent English skills
• You enjoy interacting with guests, are very well mannered, and have strong communication skills
