We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Corporate Exec. Chef (m/f) for a 5***** European Cruise Line.

You must have several years previous ship experience as an Exec. Chef and preferably already as a Corp. Exec.Chef.

You must have strong leadership skills, with very good communication and motivation skills within an international crew.

The main role will be to travel between the vessels and to train and support all Chefs in regards to recipes, standard operating procedures, culinary training and all culinary program initiatives.

We are expecting advanced culinary skills, with an outgoing personality and the ability to interact with different cultures. You should be flexible, stress-resistant, very hands on, creative and fluent in English – any additional language considered as a plus. You should be familiar with the main computer programs.
