Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years recent experience as a Sous Chef in a luxury Hotel or Cruise Ship. Able to speak, read and write fluent English. Strong leadership Skills required

Work Experience Requirements

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Cruise Ship, in a 4/5* Hotel or in an Upscale Restaurant.

Language Requirements

Good knowledge of the English language is required.
