Position Summary:

Operates a data entry device to input records and data points into an electronic format.  Familiar with standard data entry concepts, practices and procedures. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Input contracts into the contract database
  • Generating reports from the contract database
  • Responding to requests for contracts from the database
  • Creating access for others to the contract database
  • Provide training and support to users of the contract database
  • Ensuring the database and process is efficient and productive and provide recommendations and relay opportunities for improvement
  • Provide recommendations, best practices and assistance in connection with the contract database

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • 2 years of experience in management of legal documents and contract administration
  • Must be familiar with standard contract administration concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Must be highly organized, detail oriented and able to handle multiple priorities/tasks
  • Self-motivated, adaptive, proactive, quick learner, and works well with others with minimum supervision, in a fast paced dynamic environment
  • Excellent PC skills with proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred:

  • Database management experience
  • Experience with global/international operations/organization
