Human Resources Manager

Job Description:

As On Board Human Resources Manager, your principal responsibilities include:

Overall responsibility for all HR functions onboard a large cruise ship, including signing on and off crew, scheduling, administration, welfare, cabin berthing, Personnel Excellence training Program and all other human resource elements as well as accumulation, calculation and allocation of the Hotel Service Charges (HSC) and Beverage Service Charges (BSC) onboard.

• You have College or University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related experience equivalent
• Working knowledge of computers and the ability to navigate within a variety of software programs
• Proficiency in learning Computer Systems.
• Ability to multi-task and handle constantly changing priorities as well as policies and procedures
• Must possess strong leadership, organizational and training skills

A minimum of 2 years previous experience in an Assistant HR or HR Manager role onboard a cruise ship is essential as well as the ability to speak Fluent English.

Salary: 3500-3950 USD / MONTH
