Career Snapshot:

As a District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for profitable revenue generation from assigned retail travel agency accounts producing $50,000-$750,000 in current annual revenue with Celebrity Cruises to meet or exceed corporate growth goals.  This is an exciting positon located in Toronto!

Responsibilities:

• Builds and maintains relationships with decision-makers at current individual accounts within territory

• Works with Regional Sales Director to analyze and develop opportunities within territory

• Develops territory account plans and marketing/promotional strategies for assigned account base

• Responsible for complete knowledge of all Celebrity Cruises products, services, and brand representation

• Analyzes sales data in order to present monthly and quarterly business reviews with select accounts across territory

• Works with Key Account Manager handling HQ roll-up accounts to analyze and develop opportunities

• Gathers and communicates reporting on customer business profile (ROI, cost of sale, yield, retention, automation)

• Develops brand champions ensuring customers are kept up to date with the latest information on itineraries, pricing and product enhancements

• Performs other duties as required

Requirements:

• Profitable revenue generation from regional accounts to meet corporate growth goals

• Responsible for managing Co-op expenditures in the territory

• Proven outside sales experience required

• Travel industry preferred

• Established success and proven proficiency in the core competencies required

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or combination of education and experience.
