We are currently searching for an experienced Executive Chef who has both a luxury hotel and cruise ship background, who is looking for a new challenge.
The ships have 6* standards, up to 6 outlets including one with Relais & Chateaux accreditation, and very high expectations.
The team consists of up to 70 in the brigade, from all over the world.
You will have a formal kitchen qualification and ideally you will have a valid C1/D.
