The Destination Concierge is responsible for promoting, marketing and selling tours to high end premium guests onboard the vessel. This position ensures the achievement of company targets revenue, guest satisfaction, shareholder value, employee satisfaction, and other key results areas.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:  

• Manages premium tour sales, refund issues, and ensures general port and ship information is relayed to the guests. 
• Develops executes tactical plans to achieve financial targets understanding the financials behind the business. 
• Promotes and sells premium tours onboard to optimize revenue. 
• Ensures the effective planning, marketing, and selling of all revenue opportunities. 
• Responsible for quality control of the tour program and maintains an inventory of available tours on a cruise-by-cruise basis.
• Develops and implements new ideas for revenue and operational efficiencies.
