We are looking for an excellent Executive Sous Chef for a 4* American Cruise Line. Ships are very modern, expanding cruise line, ships from 2000 plus guests on board.

Candidates must have ship experience in a similar position, have an excellent knowledge in this field – must be able and willing to work hands-on and is also good within the administration side this position brings along.

This position requires highly developed professional and leadership skills, very good USPH knowledge and the ability to lead and motivate an international team is a must, as well as living up to the company standard and keeping the food costs within the budget.

Candidates should be flexible, stress-resistant, computer literate and well organized.

Fluent English is required – any additional language would be a plus.
