Beverage Manager

Job Description:

Beverage Manager- cruise ship

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Maintaining and improving ratings within your areas of responsibility and overseeing all beverage outlets. 
• Inventory, cost control, stock control, purchasing and reporting for Profit and Loss accounts. 
• Management of a large number of staff, including scheduling & disciplinary issues

Requirements:

Ability to demonstrate previous experience of managing large quantities of stock, increasing revenue and minimising wastage

Experience of sales and marketing initiatives to maximise revenue

Previous auditing experience is preferred

Ability to demonstrate clear administrative skills

Sound HACCP or USPH knowledge

Sommelier education

Degree in Hospitality / Hotel Management preferred

Minimum of 4 to 6 years in a management position with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role as well as 4 to 5* hospitality experience in a mass market environment.

Computer literacy

 

Salary : US$85.00-90 /day plus incentives
