Shore Concierge required for Silversea Cruises

We are currently looking for Shore concierge to be onboard on Silversea Cruises the 'Worlds best Cruise Line'

Duties:

• You will provide guests with the best possible service & information both onboard and ashore to meet and exceed guest expectations and ensure complete guest satisfaction.
• You will have previous Shorex experience onboard small luxury cruise ships.
• You will be a team player, have excellent social skills and impeccable professional appearance.
• Strong IT and Administration Skills
• Ability to work well to deadlines
• You will be well organised, open minded and flexible.

Requirements:

• Must be knowledgeable in Word, Excel, Outlook, Fidelio Cruise
• Must be fluent in English + German, Spanish or Portuguese are essential to a high conversational level.
• Previous ship experience is preferred
