Job Description:
Position based in Italy.
Main duties:
- In cooperation with Hotel Manager, to assist in the implementation of hotel services throughout the fleet and product management
- To coordinate the regular quality and service inspections and audits of the Cruise fleet, using criteria and standards established by the Corporate Office (Sorrento)
- To coordinate the standardization of all Housekeeping services throughout the Cruise Fleet
- To coordinate the continual quality improvement of work standards of the Front Office (Guest Services) throughout the fleet.
Requirements:
- Fluent English (Italian is a plus)
- Proven experience in hospitality on board Cruise ships.
- A good working understanding of ship-common computer programs
Salary & conditions:
- ITALIAN CONTRACT: a temporary contract of 8 -12 months initially
- NET SALARY: Euro 2.300 plus bonuses
- ACCOMMODATION: to be discussed
- START: ASAP
