Requirements:

• Formal culinary education
• Sound knowledge of European, Middle Eastern, Oriental cuisine
• Sound HACCP / USPH knowledge
• Previous hotel/resort experience in Middle East highly regarded
• Previous yacht / cruise ship experience
• Fluent English
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Highly organised
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work to a budget

Salary 5500 USD basic + overtime

Contract 6-8 months

Start date - September 2010

NB: Valid STCW certification will be required
