Job Description:
As Guest Relations Supervisor your role is to support the Guest Relations Manager ensuring total service and satisfaction to Guests as per company standards.
Your profile
- College or University degree in hospitality management, business administration or a related field preferred. International equivalent suffices
- At least 1 year in supervisory experience in front office within cruise ship environment
- Fluent English & German (additional languages highly regarded esp. Dutch and Spanish)
- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational and presentation skills
- Able to write and produce operational documentation
- Working knowledge of computers, internet access, and the ability to navigate within a variety of software programs such as excel, word and PowerPoint.
