Position description

Executive Sous Chef ensures the efficient operation of food. He constantly analyzes quality of food production and preparation in accordance to company recipes. Produces and maintains the highest food quality and control for all food products served in all areas. He assures on-going training and that the high standards set by the Executive Chef are followed. Will work closely with the Asst. Food Manager in order to accomplish tasks related to Inventory, Equipment control and maintenance, as well as USPH Rules and regulations training and re-enforcement.

Position requirements

• Culinary diploma from a recognised Standard European Cooking background.
• 10 years professional experience, (Quality Hotels and Restaurants)either in a 5* luxury hotel with large banqueting facilities or onboard a uxury cruise ship.
• Advanced Culinary Skills, Leadership Experience. Banqueting exposure, International Cuisine knowledge.
• Good Organisation skills, Interpersonal skills, flexibility and open mindedness, International exposure preferred.
• Fluent English mandatory,

Position salary

Competitive salary usa $ net monthly. Five moth contract with o months of rotation + renew.
