Job Description:

We are currently searching for an experienced sales person for our very busy travel Concierge department where you will provide guests with the best possible service & information both onboard and ashore to meet and exceed guest expectations and ensure complete guest satisfaction.

You will be responsible for providing information on tours, lost luggage, reservations and answering general enquiries relating to the ship's destination as well as the Diving Centre onboard.

You will have previous hotel / tourism sales experience and be used to working in a sales targeted environment.

You will be a team player, have excellent social skills and impeccable professional appearance.

Strong IT and Administration Skills

Ability to work well to deadlines and targets

You will be well organised, open minded and flexible.

Computer skills:
Word, Excel, Outlook, Fidelio Cruise / Opera

Language skills:
Fluent English + French is preferred

Previous ship experience is advantageous
