As a Cruise Staff, you will be a key contributor to the guests’ entertainment experience. You will be part of a dynamic team that provides guests with an enjoyable cruise experience, executing quality day and nighttime activities.

Career snapshot:

• Contribute to and participate in animation activities in all required languages onboard for our guests of all ages
• Assist with shows, acts, and sketches/playbacks when required, including attending rehearsals, and equipment and décor set-up
• Socialize with guests and promote various entertainment activities
• Provide babysitting services as needed
• Assist in disembarkation procedures

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Completion of High School or Vocational Education equivalency
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar capacity, including master of ceremonies or professional entertainment (theatre, music, dance, comedy, etc.) experience within the resort, cruise line, entertainment, or recreational industry
• Knowledgeable of the scenic arts, animation field, and entertainment techniques and resources, especially in the recreational area
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Written and verbal proficiency in English and Spanish
• All international applicants must have the ability to obtain C1/D visa (and other relevant visas) when applicable
• Must meet all physical requirements, including the ability to participate in emergency life-saving drills and required training

Preferences:

• Experience in the hotel, cruise line, hospitality, or tourism industry related field
• Written and verbal proficiency in French, Portuguese, German, or Italian
