Job Description:

Ligabue Catering is looking for an Executive Chef for a river vessel.

The Executive Chef is the person in charge of the kitchen and he is responsible for:

  • any hygienic matters and discrepancy in all food and service areas
  • company expected food cost
  • company expected ratings related to food

The candidate should be:

  • Good knowledge of European and USPH procedures related to food safety
  • Knowledge of security/fire/safety regulations
  • Staff management practices in order to use personnel as efficiently as possible
  • Good ability in computer’s use
  • Ability in food cost calculations
  • Be able to speak, read and write English and German clearly and distinctly
