Hotel General Manager Hiring Requirements

• 15 years experience in a cruise ship/shoreside related senior management position.
• Graduate of recognized hotel/business school.
• Extensive experience and knowledge in all aspects of hotel/cruise ship operations within the US/Worldwide.
• Efficient and effective bottom line operator.
• Strategic planner, with an innovative, hands-on, practical management approach.
• Ability to provide leadership and motivation to employees in pursuit of company goals.

Previous Cruise Ship experience as a Hotel Director / Hotel Manager is essential.
Experience in managing large volume multi outlet operations is a must.
4* / 5* Cruise Ship experience is required.
You will be managing teams of 600 / 800+ staff in this fast paced, 5* Luxury operation.
Previous Cruise Ship experience as an HD / GM is a must here.
