Position Summary:
The Senior Web Designer will produce high-quality designs and advertisements that are creative and solve client's needs. This position works directly with the Manager and Director in an effort to find design solutions for the ad assignments of the group. Additionally, the position will be responsible for providing video/photo art direction during video/photo shoots and will manage the web and print production for the business unit.

- Support the creation and extension of campaign elements and brand materials by leading, developing and creating high-quality creative solutions
- Follow creative briefs and clarify design issues and initiatives
- Design, layout and coordination of marketing collateral materials such as: print advertisements, direct mail, web banners, tradeshow graphics, catalogs, PowerPoint presentations, video editing, etc.
- Lead the design efforts including concepts and production for large, multi-level promotional campaigns
- Ensure that mechanical specs are accurately applied
- Develop and follow brand guidelines and specifications
- Organize and maintain Asset Library
- Coordinate with Marketing on up-to-date information and disseminate to the team, heavy communication with copywriting team
- Support Field Sales, National Accounts, Marketing and numerous other departments throughout the company with the creation of up to par promotional pieces, insight on design and guidance on proper usage of brand assets
Requirements:
- Minimum four years web design experience in a design studio or advertising agency (fast-paced, multi-project environment)
- BA from an accredited four-year college or university
- Expert knowledge in Adobe CS5 Programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
- Outstanding experience in the pre-press production process and a working knowledge of lithography
- Must process strong coding/developing ability
