Assistant Maitre d’Hôtel required for exclusive small luxury cruise ship

As assistant Maitre d’hôtel you will supervise all food and beverage service functions in all outlets on board, including room service, as assigned by the Maitre D’. You will be responsible for the supervision, training and evaluation of Waiters and Utilities.

Job Requirements:

• UK/European hotel school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years experience in similar role within luxury cruise ship environment
• Strong leadership (leading by example) and motivational skills
• Service and quality orientated – "attention to details"
• Strong ability for building interpersonal relationships with the guest (socialising skills)
• PC knowledge: Word and Excel
• Fluency in spoken & written English + additional foreign languages

Salary €2500 per month
