Restaurant Manager should have a strong F&B backround and is expected to lead trainings and to establish and retain given standards.

Candidate must possess good management skills, be a good teamleader and be able to motivate his/her crew. Should be flexible and stress-resistant. A pleasant and outgoing personality is required as well as a well-groomed appearance. Shipboard experience and previous working with Ruissian personnel may be a plus.

Additional Information:

European River Cruise Line, vessel in Russia. Up to 300 passengers, mainly American.
