We are looking for a well-experienced and professional F&B Manager (m/f) for a well known 4**** American Cruise Line with 18 ships and great itineraries throughout the world.

Candidates must have ship experience in a similar position and have an excellent knowledge in this field and should work for the satisfaction of the guest under the requirements and standards of the cruise company.

You should be an excellent leader and knows how to operate and work with an international crew - with a great social competence and a feeling for his crew. You should have a great knowledge of the F&B Department, the products and procedures, the expected results as well as being creative and capable of working hands-on if needed.

Candidate should be able lead by example and should be Self-initiative and resourcefulness to develop well-planned strategies and achieve goals within tight timelines. You must be flexible, stress-resistant and a good organizer. Candidate should have a well-groomed appearance, great USPH knowledge and must be computer literate – an exceptional written and oral communication skill is a must and you should be a positive, open minded person.

Fluent English is required any additional language would be a plus
