A Really Brilliant Travelling Corporate Trainer Role with a 5* Cruise Liner

• Role: Corporate Trainer
• Salary: Circa $5000US tax free paid whilst shipboard only
• Company: A 5* Cruise Line Company
• Website: On application
• Contract: To work circa 260 days of service in a year; usually working 4-5 months on & circa 2 months off... flexibility required here. Sorry, you will not be paid during leave periods.
• Berthing: Single Cabin
• The super role: Travelling across a fleet of circa 5-7 ships ensuring 'best practice' for all of the training function
• Leading a team: No direct staff to supervise
• Flights: Provided free of charge by the company
• Start Date: Soon!
• Travel: As and when required due to the business operation
• Stripes: 2 striped non uniformed officer position
• JD: On application
• Required: You to fund and pass a shipboard medical and you to fund and source a US C1D visa ($160US)

You the Brilliant Professional

You will be brilliant at facilitation and able to hold the attention of delegates whom might not wish to be in the training session. You will have trained sessions including 'Leadership Development' and 'Performance Management' as well as 'Induction and H&S'. You will be able to approach the role as a 'consultant' with the 'how can I help' approach.

Your presentation style will be refreshing and exciting... we are not looking for 'Death by PowerPoint' here. Have you heard of 'Prezi'? If so, you are the sort of professional we think would be great for this role... dynamic, colourful, a different approach, sparkling and fresh! This role will be about creating relationships with the on-board leaders and officers. Working with the shipboard HR Managers you will arrive at the ship and run certain training sessions... and maybe some TNA... followed by some coaching... and measuring your success to the business which you have helped implement through your training skills.

Your networking ability will be superb... and push-back won't faze you in the slightest. In fact you will eat it for breakfast and it will drive you on even more so to help get the message across to those whom need it most.
