Shore Excursion Manager

A Luxury Cruise Liner is now recruiting for a shore excursions manager for passengers with high academia

The role is accountable for the delivery and management of the shore excursion program

The shore excursion program for the brand is bespoke with a high level of detail the cruise fare is an inclusive program with the option to purchase 'supplement' experiences.

position: Shore Excursion Manager
salary : £33,000.00
rotation: 3 months on 6 weeks off
on board: single cabin provided

The successful candidate will need:

• Experience in Shore excursion management
• Excellent command of the English language with absolute comfort dealing with guests of high academia
• Excellent at building relationships and report
• Commercially centric with an ability to manage margins driving cost efficiency whilst articulating the up sell of supplements
• Excellent negotiating skills, identifying company benefit opportunities
• The ability to remain calm,organised,accurate and consistent
• and hold a valid STCW
