We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Galley team in the role of Senior Chef de Partie. You will manage a dedicated Select Dining Food Production team ensuring the provision of high quality, professionally prepared food products in accordance with company corporate menu cycles and keeping wastage to a minimum. You will be working to deliver a consistent passenger dining experience.
Your duties will also involve ensuring all staff are competent to undertake their roles by identifying training needs and coaching and mentoring junior team members, and contributing to a successful centralised production department, maintaining a dedicated food budget.
To be considered a suitable applicant for this role you will possess:
- City & Guilds 7061/2 or equivalent recognised hotel / culinary diploma / qualification
- Experience of working within a 4 / 5 star volume hotel or restaurant establishment
- NVQ I or II Food Production / Preparation qualification or equivalent
- Good command of written and spoken English
- A Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering is desirable

Work Experience Requirements
All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Cruise Ship, in a 4/5* Hotel or in an Upscale Restaurant.
Language Requirements
Good knowledge of the English language is required.
