Qualified baker for small luxury cruise ship required.

Passenger capacity 260 approx.Crew 135 approx.

Reporting to the Head Chef, you will be responsible for the fabrication of all fresh breads on board. You will also be required to ensure the preparation and distribution of viennoiseries for breakfast, lunch & dinner.

You will have formal European bakery training and at least 2 years proven experience within high profile restaurant/hotel environment. Previous cruise experience a plus. You have the ability to work in stand-alone position as well as part of the on board culinary team.

Fluent English & French mandatory.

Salary 2000 Eur / month + tips

Contract duration 6 months approx.

Start date: end April
