Junior Electro Manager (m/f)

Your target course:

• You lead the daily work of the electrical department and - as the deputy of our Senior Fleet Electro Manager – you are responsible for a safe and economic electro-technical ship operation
• You will manage a highly sophisticated and continuously innovative fleet of diesel-electric ships in operation worldwide
• You ensure a positive and constructive environment and culture with seamless integration between ship and shore
• Furthermore, you are responsible for the surveillance of current suppliers and the development of innovative solutions, methods and procedures for improvements and cost benefits
• On frequent international business trips you build and maintain good relations with other brands and locations ensuring exchange and implementation of industry best practices

Your previous course:

• You have successfully completed a master study in the field of electrical engineering or an equivalent degree
• You have several years of professional experience in the area of electrical engineering
• An excellent command of both English and German is within your language knowledge
• Good knowledge of MS Office as well as of Financial Systems, Quality Assurance and Purchase Systems
• A sense of responsibility, commitment, flexibility and a confident leadership style complete your profile
