Our client, a well-known family orientated cruise line, is currently seeking candidates for the role of "Assistant Quick Service Manager".

This role is:

Responsible for overseeing assigned Quick Service areas (either Crew & Officer Mess, Room Service, Buffet Restaurants and Fast Food Outlets/Casual Dining, and/or open deck operation)
Maintaining and overseeing assigned areas schedule; appropriately assigns daily areas of focus and direction of Quick Service crew
Monitoring and evaluating service standards on a day to day basis and identify on going improvement opportunities

Monitoring Guest Satisfaction and service levels by conducting department quality assurance check-ins by interacting with Guest and Crew

Minimum requirements:

At least one year managerial experience in a high volume Food & Beverage venue. Front and Back of house
Proven background in high guest contact position
Hotel management or apprenticeship program preferred
Working knowledge of computer software applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Average contract rotation 4 months on / 2 months off
