Position Summary:

Responsible for profitable revenue generation from assigned retail travel agency accounts producing annual revenue with Celebrity Cruises to meet or exceed corporate growth goals. This position is also responsible for managing Co-op expenditures in the territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Builds and maintains relationships with decision-makers at current individual accounts within territory.
  • Works with Regional Sales Director to analyze and develop opportunities within territory.
  • Develops territory account plans and marketing/promotional strategies for assigned account base
  • Responsible for complete knowledge of all Celebrity Cruises products, services, and brand representation.
  • Analyzes sales data in order to present monthly and quarterly business reviews with select accounts across territory
  • Works with Key Account Manager handling HQ roll-up accounts to analyze and develop opportunities.
  • Gathers and communicates reporting on customer business profile (ROI, cost of sale, yield, retention, automation)
  • Develops brand champions ensuring customers are kept up to date with the latest information on itineraries, pricing and product enhancements
  • Performs other duties as required.
  • Profitable revenue generation from regional accounts to meet corporate growth goals.
  • Manages Co-op expenditure in territory and cost containment as appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or combination of education and experience.
  • Proven outside sales experience required
  • Travel industry preferred.
  • Must be able to travel and live in assigned territory.
  • Established success and proven proficiency in the core competencies required.
  • Ability to use advanced business and sales knowledge to make decisions, use sound judgment, negotiate effectively and get results.
  • Ability to use multiple communication and interaction methods to collaborate effectively, get results with others and develop customer champions.
  • Ability to display the highest level of personal integrity, take responsibility for personal and organizational results, and proactively develop greater ability.
