We are looking for an experienced and qualified Club Director (m/f) for a top 5*+ yachtlike European Cruise Line with international passengers and great itineraries throughout the world.

The Club Director is a combination of a Cruise Sales Manager and Cruise Consultant. You must have experience in a similar position within the Cruise industry (Guest Relation Manager, Cruise Sales Consultant, Group Coordinator).

Your primary role is on board future cruise sales, to secure revenue on future voyages and shore excursions. In addition the Club Director has the overall responsibility for all entertainment on-board and will host and organize all events on board.

You should be a great public speaker, have an extensive worldwide port knowledge, outgoing, confident and mature personality. You need strong organizational skills, preferably with events planning/coordination and should have a friendly approach and a well groomed appearance.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong social competence and good leadership skills, to manage an international staff in a positive and productive manner. You need to be stress-resistant, flexible and keep a calm mind, even in the most busily times on board.

Fluent English is required and preferably at least one other language.
