PHOTOGRAPHER

MISSION

Being part of the Photo team, the Photographer is in charge of taking pictures of guests on several occasions and onboard locations, according to the schedule planned by the Photo Manager. They will provide superior customer service while ensuring high standard of sales.

RESPONSABILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Follow the directions, instructions and schedules given by the Photo Manager;
• Achieve and exceed the targets set by the Company;
• Performs merchandise loading and inventory under the Manager’s supervision;
• Persuade guests in a friendly and effective manner;
• Ensure a constant high level of service;
• Clean and organize the Photo Gallery and lockers;
• Prepare and take good care of the photographic equipment;
• Ensure that materials, machines and equipment are always in good working conditions.

EDUCATION

• High School diploma. Diploma in Photography courses is highly desirable.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as Photographer (at least 2 years), either ashore or on board;
• Excellent knowledge of English plus good knowledge of one among the following languages: Italian, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish, Russian, Japanese, Chinese;
• Have an in-depth knowledge of photography;
• Good knowledge of photographic techniques;
• Good knowledge of the main photo editing softwares;
• Able of managing a high volume of work;
• Able of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
• Capable of delivering superior customer service at all times;
• Strongly persuasive;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Able of working in a team to meet common goals;
• Proactive and flexible, capable of responding quickly to new situations and needs.
