We are looking for a well-experienced and professional Hotel Manager (m/f) for a 4* River Cruise Line. The position is on board a small vessel, for only about 60 passengers from mainly the US and UK.

Candidates should have ship experience in a similar position and must have a solid F&B Background. You should also have an excellent knowledge in this field and should work for the satisfaction of the guest under the requirements and standards of the cruise company, the candidate mostly has representative duties in this position.

You must be an adventurer, flexible, stress-resistant and a good organizer. A pleasant, well-mannered and outgoing personality is required as well as a well-groomed appearance.

You should also have strong administration and speacially leadership skills, as well as interpersonal skills, to manage and motivate the mostly burmese staff in a respectful and productive manner.

You must be fluent in English - any additional language would be a plus.
