The Chef de Partie directs all activities of food preparation and service functions from his/her partie under the supervision of the Sous Chef and the Executive Chef. She/he is responsible for the highest quality and preparation of all food coming from his / her partie served onboard to guests and crew. Reports directly to the Sous Chef.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum one or two years hotel and/or restaurant kitchen or prior ship experience
  • Entry level position
  • Excellent English and German speaking skills

SALARY RANGE & CONTRACT LENGTH

  • 1,300 € per month + Tips
  • Seasonal Contract
  • 4 vacation days per month

Work Experience Requirements

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Cruise Ship, in a 4/5* Hotel or in an Upscale Restaurant.

Language Requirements

Good knowledge of the following languages is required: English, German
