Hotel Manager

Faststream are recruiting for the position of a Hotel Manager to join a luxury, Cruise Company. Start dates within Aug/Sep, interviews can be set up at agreement of company and candidate.

Hotel Manager Duties

• Working as the overall head of Hotel operations on board, conducting the management and motivation of entire crew, emphasis on Department Heads
• Managing all on-board events, functions, activities ensuring the smooth running and quality of all
• Financial management including budget control, stock ordering, stock taking/inventory keeping in line with company procedures
• Adhering to company policies

Hotel Manager Details

• Salary - €3000 per month on board (this includes entrance into the company pension scheme and insurance)
• Tips €1-1500 - these are from the passengers and have been worked out as the average of the current Hotel Manager's tip intake
• Rotation - 2.5 months on, 2-4 weeks off
• Flights - paid back and forth to the vessel
• Holiday - Paid vacation available for every month worked on board, 2 days holiday accrued per month. It is recommended to be taken out of season but you are entitled to take it any time, you do have the option to bank your holiday and be paid this in your off time. Paid holiday is also given in December.
