Position Summary:

Assist Lead, Global Collateral in developing and executing global brochure projects with full understanding of creative, production and printing processes; maintain detailed level of involvement to ensure accuracy and process efficiency; manage translations; budgetary process; printer process; and do analysis and measurement . Develop online version of global brochure with any social media integration. Assist in video and still photo shoot production

Responsibilities:

• Execute for all international offices the Global brochure project including but not limited to the strategy, information architecture layout, imagery and content for approximately 33 translated versions of the global brochure template for the Royal Caribbean brand.
• Liaison with approximately 20 internal departments to manage the content of the global brochure template.
• Lead agency of record to develop advertising for all collateral for US and Canada markets along with Global Brochure Template.
• Execute all North America and Canada consumer and trade collateral such as class fleet brochures, e-brochures, Travel Agent Guide and any other collateral.
• Support the evolution of collateral to online/web platform by partnering with web team on implementation of campaigns.
• Prepare analysis and metrics reports for ROI in collateral. Apply trade research as required to execute strategy and plans
• Manage forecast and month end accruals for all collateral cost centers. Analyses our collateral processes and recommends ways to be more effective
• Assist in video and still photo shoot production
• Performs other duties as required. Occasional travel may be required as necessary.

Financial Responsibility:

Manage US, Canada and Global collateral budgets. Process accruals, invoices and forecast on a monthly basis. Participate in yearly operational budget process. Provide yearly amortization for collateral to finance teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field.
• Five plus years progressive experience in Marketing or related field (media planning, ad agency and travel category experience a plus).
• Strong project management skills required
• Occasional travel required
• Working knowledge of personal computers within a windows environment with e-mail, and MS Word with advance Excel and PowerPoint skills, along with related printers and equipment.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills to be able to communicate with all levels of management, agency contacts and travel agent partners.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagrams, or schedule form.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.
