Account Executive, Senior One to One

Position Summary:

The position is responsible for the tactical execution of lifecycle-based engagement and retention programs and campaigns across different channels: Direct Mail, Email, and Social. The AE is also responsible for managing and developing all of the Customer Loyalty communications to support the Loyalty Program, working in collaboration with Loyalty Manager. The person in this role is expected to support the Sr. Manager in developing and executing sound programs based on customer insights, key segments, leveraging predictive tools in order to maximize the investment and drive the highest ROI. The programs should deliver tangible business results demonstrated through incremental business and/or behavior modification. This role will also be responsible for identifying key drivers for customer engagement, retention and referrals in order to inform marketing programs.

Responsibilities:

• Tactical Execution of different types of direct mail and email programs: develop marketing input brief, do data request, test matrix, and work with agencies to executive campaigns on time and on budget.
• Works with the Senior Manager to enhance and maintain a best-in-class direct marketing capability for Royal Caribbean.
• Provides input into audience segmentation and targeting frameworks, testing discipline and closed loop go to market processes.
• Rigorously test and proofread all creative for assigned project including verifying copy, layout, links, telephone numbers and all other forms of dynamic content.
• Responsible for working with creative, print, and copy writing vendors to insure product is delivered to the appropriate place in a timely manner.
• Disseminate information about all direct mail, including events, to appropriate departments.
• Project Manager of multiple campaigns with different timelines, objectives and target audiences. Able to move project forward and launch campaigns on time and on budget.

Qualifications:

• College degree required. 2 to 5 years of experience in CRM, Direct Mail or One to One marketing.
• The individual in this role will need to be laser-focused on driving marketing results, by driving constant optimization of lifecycle based programs, through aggressive test & learn , and by using state of the art methods and technology to drive results: advanced analytics, segmentation, predictive modeling and post-campaign analysis.
• Experience managing customer-focused, multi-channel direct marketing programs, including integrated direct mail and email campaigns.
• Able to develop strong working relationships with internal peers, agency partners and management and able to influence without authority
• Experience writing marketing input briefs, developing project plans, and project management.
• Able to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Proficiency in understanding marketing analytics, campaign measurement, and customer research.
• Strong thought leadership and ability to motivate and inspire team-members
• Excellent communications skills (written/verbal)
• A true customer advocate, with passionate for customer experience overall
