Position Summary:

This position oversees Celebrity Cruises' regional digital media for the North America market.  The AE is the catalyst and owner of paid digital media execution across various mediums including search and display.  The role will work closely with Celebrity's media agency to plan and execute against both branding and tactical initiatives with constant eye on results and calibration to maximize performance.  The role will need to be well versed on Celebrity's guest segmentation strategy and manage to a full marketing campaign calendar in order to meet critical deadlines.  The person in this role will need to be well versed in digital marketing strategies and technologies and stay abreast of competitive landscape.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop media allocation proposals by month with traffic results including product focus and creative focus (branding vs. tactical)
  2. Work closely with regional marketing managers, creative and web team on campaign initiatives, concepts and asset creation to support campaigns.
  3. Allocate the available digital media inventory in to achieve key objectives and install calibration check points so that results are shared and reallocation can be easily accomplished.
  4. Work with agency to develop solid frequency of reporting on results vs. goals, sharing of key learnings and how to enhance future plans with learnings.
  5. Share best practices with global teams to ensure core objectives are being met and to enhance revenue production
  6. Perform on-going competitive reviews and SWOT analyses
  7. Involved in interpreting brand health results as they correlate with media
  8. Helps to traffic media/work with creative team weekly to optimize performance and test various branding components along with call to actions
  9. Collaborate with internal and external production and marketing team on best process for execution on initiatives and ability to test/recalibrate easily

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years digital marketing /paid media experience
  • Experience supporting  consumer brands especially travel or hospitality
  • Experience working with media agency
  • International experience a plus
