Guest Service Agent

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Inform guests about the ship's facilities, policies and procedures
  provide tourist information to guests
• deal with enquiries and requests from guests
• calculate guests' bills and issue receipts upon payment
• perform cashier duties, cash travellers cheques and exchange foreign currency
• follow in-house procedures to help ensure the security and safety of guests and employees
• follow company policies and procedures at all times
• Performs any other duties assigned by the Head of Department.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must be older than 21 years
• Able to speak fluent English and any other language will be appreciated
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in 4/5 star hotels
• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, Tourism or related field will be greatly appreciated
