MEXICAN Cooks - from MEXICO ONLY!

Interviews on July 28, 2015 in Mexico City, DF.

FULL TIME contract positions, for candidates who have already have at least one year of full time work experience.

Requirements:

Mexican citizen or resident.
Age 21 – 35 (up to 40 if you have worked on ships before)
Culinary / gastronomy degree.
Minimum one year of working experience in upscale restaurants with international cuisine knowledge, or previous experience working onboard in a culinary position.
Very good English language.
Knowledge of sanitation procedures.
Must be able to apply for US visa (not been deported from the USA in the past).
NOT previously fired from another cruise line - all employment histories and references are checked.

Interviews will be held in Mexico, DF – candidates from other cities are welcome, but you will need to travel to DF for the interview at your own expense if you pass initial screening.
