Receptionist (m/f) - Spanish Speaking

Pro's River Management offers you this unique opportunity to work on board a luxurious River Cruise Ship sailing along the European Rivers with German passengers.

As a Spanish speaking Receptionist you will support the Front Desk Manager and Hotel Manager. You are co-responsible for a friendly and polite interaction with the Spanish speaking passengers at the front desk to guarantee a maximum satisfaction of the guests as well as an efficient organisation and realisation at the front desk. Besides, as a receptionist you help the Front Desk Manager with taking care of correct accounting and administration related to purchases and cash-handling. 

You are the link between the passengers and you report directly to the Front Desk Manager. And, Remember posibilities for a promotion to Frontdesk Manager are open.

TASKS

• Delivering excellent customer service
• Ensuring knowledge of staff movement inside and outside the ship
• General administrative support; preparing letters and documents
• Assisting in keeping the hotel reception area clean and tidy
• Assist with documentation for Custom papers
• Dealing with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail
• Fulfilling all reasonable requests from guests to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safety
• Providing reports for the management

REQUIREMENTS

• At least two years of hotel or prior ship experience in a comparable position
• Excellent Spanish and English speaking skills (knowledge of additional languages such  German will be considered as an advantage)
• A flexible and motivated team player and a high degree of social competence
• Friendly appearance
• Organisational skills and attention to detail
• Computer literate
• Stress resistant
