Head Bar Tender

As Head Bar Tender, you will oversee up to 10 Bars onboard, manage a team of up to 20 international crew, and ensure that every guest requirement is exceeded.
You will be responsible for high quality beverage service, positive beverage area ambiance, training, coaching, and retaining qualified staff, leading staff to superior levels of performance, safe professional and personal practices and effective business processes.
You will also manage all cigar sales, wine and beverage orders, maintain par stock levels, beverage costs as per budgeted guidelines and minimise discrepancies in inventory controls.
To be considered for this role, you will require a minimum of 2 years in a similar position, in either a 5* international luxury resort or onboard a small luxury boutique ship.
Previous knowledge of Fidelio Cruise, MXP and Micros is highly advantageous, as is a 2nd European Language (French, Italian, Spanish, German or Portuguese).
Candidates will also require a hospitality based diploma from a recognised European Hotel School.
