HR Director - On Board

We are looking for a HR Director for a new luxury .
Candidates should Worked in as HR Director perviously on Cruise or Large 5 Star Resort.
Well organized with strong admin skills – they are a stand-alone role, however will work closely with All dept for other crew matters. Must be a strong administrator beyond just responding to emails etc. need to stress that this role is admin intensive and has no admin support as such.
Team player with open and approachable demeanor.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain a pleasant working environment
Excellent communication skills, fluent English.
Salary to be discussed over interview. 4 on 2 off rotation – single cabin – 3 stripe officer status
