Human Resource Manager (m/f) – 4* American Cruise Line

We are looking for a well experienced Human Resources Manager (m/f) for a 4* American Cruise Line. Ships are very modern and expanding cruise line.

Candidates must have worked in a luxury environment as HR Manager, must have previous ship experience in a similar position and must have an excellent knowledge in this field - must be able and willing to work hands-on and must be also good within the administration side this position brings along.

You should have good proven management skills and be stress-resistant - an exceptional written and oral communication skills is a must and you should be a positive, open minded person. You should be computer literate, be well organized and must be a team player.

The position requires the ability to motivate, lead and support an international team.

Fluent English is required any additional language would be a plus.
