• You will provide guests with the best possible service & information both onboard and ashore to meet and exceed guest expectations and ensure complete guest satisfaction.
• You will have previous Shorex experience onboard small luxury cruise ships.
• You will be a team player, have excellent social skills and impeccable professional appearance.
• Strong IT and Administration Skills
• Ability to work well to deadlines
• You will be well organised, open minded and flexible.

Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, Fidelio Cruise

Language skills: Fluent English + one other European language.

Previous ship experience is essential and a C1/D visa is preferred.
