Animation (m/f) – 4* European Cruise Line

We are currently searching for an energetic & sportive Children & Teen Animation Crew (m/f) for a well-known 4* European Cruise Line with great itineraries throughout the world and mainly European passengers.

Candidates must have experience in a similar position and have a good knowledge in this field and should work for the satisfaction of the guest under the requirements and standards of the cruise company.

You should have a minimum of two year experience in the recreation/education industry working with children and/or teens.  You must have specific expertise in the field of recreational administration, or early childhood education.

As a member of the Cruise Staff, you are responsible to assist in leading any of the scheduled social, entertainment or recreational activities, ensuring that each event takes place safely and promptly as scheduled.

You are responsible for assisting in the storage, inventory and ordering of all equipment, supplies, gifts, and prizes which are specifically utilized in the youth/teen program.

The candidate must be accessible and approachable with the guests and capable of being a patient listener while making the guests feels at home.

You should be extrovert, with a friendly & open personality, witty and articulated as well as service oriented & have the ability to take direction.

You should be able to adapt to confine & sometimes limited living conditions for extended periods of time.  In addition flexibility in terms of last minute changes in itineraries, activities, events and schedules is a must.

Fluent or at least very good German & English is required – any additional language would be a plus.
