Shore Excursion

We are looking for SHORE EXCURSION 

Requirements:

1. Passport
2. STCW - basic safety training 
3. Crowd managements certificate
4. Crisis management certificate
5. Security awareness training for all seafarers
6. International certificate of vaccination (yellow fever vaccine)
7. Update police clearance 
8. Ability to read, write and speak English clearly / other language as German, Duth, Italian, French will be an advantange 

Works the assigned Shore Excursion desk hours. Assists guests with tour descriptions.

Provides guests services with regards to tour sales, refunds, complaints and general port and ship information.
Prepares and submits on a timely basis, all required reports.

Provides training to new Shore Excursion staff members.

Minimum of two (2) years shipboard experience in a Shore Excursions / Guest relation services or hotels
Knowledge of tours is required / Sales background is beneficial.
