职位概况
前台接待员确保前台以高效和友好的方式管理，以便为我们的
客人带来最大的满意。当中包括的行政责任，需根据维京外
展中国市场的专业服务标准（VRC PSO）执行。

职责

• 监督前台，包括商店
• 电话总机，信用卡系统和安全系统的操作
• 处理接收和发送所有邮件
• 准备和确保顺利的登记入住和退房手续
• 集中所有乘客信息；处理商店的销售交易
• 根据公司标准执行所有的行政职务
• 为酒店经理提供一般的行政支持
• 管理投诉
• 处理和准备海关规定
• 正确处理所有的设备和产品
• 确保前台清洁和整洁
• 控制前台和商店的成本在预算范围内
• 按照公司的程序清单，盘点存货
• 在开始和结束巡航季时，准备开船和闭船事宜
• 如主管指令，需协助其他部门
• 根据公司的标准和危害分析和关键控制点（HACCP）的规则工作
• 参与载荷
• 正确存货量，建立标准水平
• 定期更换夜审计员
• 积极参与船上的培训计划

职责

• 前台接待员需承诺在离开维京后，不能将公司的信息，产品手
  册，业务发展和EDP数据信息，透露给任何第三方，或公开，或
  保留供个人使用。
• 在其违反上述指令的情况下，本公司保留要求赔偿损失，以及
  对其采取法律行动的权利。
• 行为和外观符合VRC PSO的规则和条例

资历简介

• 有国外经验/船上行业经验者优先
• 标准的普通话和英语（书面及口头）或其他语言技能例如德语
  都具优势
• 良好的电脑知识（MS Office，酒店的Protel软件）和行政工作能力
• 在4或5星级酒店或豪华游轮相有2年的专业经验
• 优秀的组织能力和沟通能力
• 能独立工作，服务导向和专注客人需要
• 个性积极，外观整洁
• 有柔韧性和抗逆能力，有团队合作精神，重视承诺

PURPOSE OF POSITION

You ensure that the Reception is managed in a smooth and friendly manner to the fullest satisfaction of our guests and that administrative duties are carried out in accordance with Viking China Outbound Standards.

ASSIGNMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervision of Reception area including Shop
• Operation of phone switchboard, cashless system and safety system
• Handling of all incoming and outgoing mail
• Preparation and ensuring of smooth check-in and check-out
• Center of Information for all passengers; transaction of Shop sales
• Execution of all administrative duties according to company standards
• Providing general administrative support to the Hotel Manager
• Complaint management
• Handling and preparation of customs regulations
• Correct handling of all equipment and products
• Ensuring of cleanliness and neatness at Reception
• Execution of cost control for Reception and Shop within the budget
• Conduction of stock takes; inventory according to company procedures
• Preparation of opening and closing ships at start and end of season
• Assistance in other departments upon instruction from supervisors (if required)
• Performance according to company standards and HACCP rules
• Participation in loadings
• Correct storage of stock; establishing of par levels
• Periodically replacing the Night Auditor
• Active participation in onboard training programs

DUTIES

• The holder of the position undertakes not to pass over the company’s information, manuals, information on business developments and EDP data to any third party or publicize or retain same for personal use after leaving the job.
• The company reserves the right to demand compensation for damages in the event of a breach of this instruction and take legal action against the staff.
• Conduct and appearance in accordance with the rules and regulations of Viking China Outbound

QUALIFICATION PROFILE

• International experience / experience on a ship is an asset
• Excellent Mandarin and English skills (written and verbal), other languages are an advantage e.g. German
• Good computer knowledge (Office, Protelhotel software), administrative
• 2 years working experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel or luxury cruiseship.
• Excellent organisationaland communication skills
• Ability to work independently, service-oriented and guest focused
• Positive personality, neat appearance
• Flexibility and stress resistance, team player and commitment
